Your Tasks
Als "Allroundtalent"* sind Sie vor Ort in unserem Head Office an der Außenalster tätig und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie sind für die operative Personalarbeit sowie die Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles, vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, verantwortlich.
- Mit Präzision und Sorgfalt erstellen Sie Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsnachträge, Bescheinigungen sowie Abmahnungen, Kündigungen und Arbeitszeugnisse.
- Sie übernehmen die Anmeldung neuer Mitarbeitender beim Steuerberater und unterstützen die vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Sie führen und pflegen Personalstammdaten sowie verschiedene personalrelevante Übersichten und Auswertungen.
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalverwaltung mit und übernehmen insbesondere die digitale Pflege, Strukturierung und Archivierung der Personalakten.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Personalabteilung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung verschiedener HR-Projekte sowie bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen.
Your Profile
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen bereits Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung mit.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und haben idealerweise Erfahrung in der digitalen Personalverwaltung sowie in der Digitalisierung von Personalakten.
- Der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie digitalen Systemen gehört für Sie zum Arbeitsalltag.
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig sowie eigenverantwortlich und zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
- Dank Ihres ausgeprägten Organisationsgeschicks und Ihrer schnellen Auffassungsgabe behalten Sie auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Sie bringen die Bereitschaft mit, sich in neue Themen und Projekte einzuarbeiten.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
