Your Tasks
Als „Glücklichmacher“* sind Sie fester Teil unseres Teams vor Ort und arbeiten an Ihrem festen Arbeitsplatz in unserem Head Office an der Hamburger Außenalster an fünf Tagen pro Woche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Voll- oder Teilzeit). Sie jonglieren mit allen Eingangsrechnungen unserer Lieferanten und übernehmen außerdem folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie betreuen unsere Gesellschaften in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und unterstützen die Hotels sowie die Fachabteilungen im Head Office in den Prozessen
- Sie prüfen Eingangsrechnungen auf Vollständigkeit sowie gesetzliche und formale Anforderungen und sorgen für eine korrekte Erfassung in unseren Systemen.
- Sie übernehmen die Kontierung und Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug und bereiten die Zahlläufe sorgfältig vor.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei den vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft bei.
- Ihr Ideenreichtum unterstützt uns bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsabläufe.
Your Profile
- Sie verfügen bereits über Erfahrung in der Kreditorensachbearbeitung oder Buchhaltung, die Sie tatkräftig bei uns einsetzen.
- Kenntnisse in Buchführungssystemen, wie beispielsweise DATEV oder HGK, sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Es zeichnen Sie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Serviceorientierung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
- Sie sind offen, herzlich und erfüllen Ihre Aufgaben mit Leidenschaft.
