Your Tasks
- Sie übernehmen zur Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien die Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Dienstleistern und externen Ansprechpartnern.
- Sie bearbeiten die tägliche Post sowie allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben.
- Sie erstellen und prüfen Abrechnungen, insbesondere im Bereich der Nebenkosten.
- Sie organisieren und begleiten Wohnungsübergaben sowie -abnahmen.
- Sie koordinieren Reparaturen, Wartungen und Handwerkertermine.
- Sie pflegen Mietakten und verwalten relevante Unterlagen sorgfältig und strukturiert.
- Sie unterstützen bei kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Abläufen.
Your Profile
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung, Immobilienverwaltung oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Kenntnisse in Verwaltungssoftware sind von Vorteil.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert.
- Sie besitzen ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Mietern und Geschäftspartnern.
- Sie verfügen über gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke.
